As a therapist, I have the honor to witness tremendous courage—I truly believe showing up for therapy is one of the bravest things anyone can do. Meeting a stranger, and then telling them all about your problems? Such courage. Even you, reading this now, are taking a brave step towards health. I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (#C5423) in Oregon, and I also hold credentials as a registered Art Therapist (Board Certified). I’ve been a therapist since 2017, and before that I was a high school teacher, and a studio artist. Sharing stories is one of my favorite things.
We’ll start by getting to know one another, then we’ll make a plan and talk through your goals. You’re in charge of the process, so you set the pace. I believe you already have everything you need for healing, and I’m just here to help you find it.
I work primarily with children and families, but accept clients of all ages. So much of therapy relates to patterns and beliefs we accepted in childhood, and we can shift those together, regardless of your age.
Where to find me
My office is the top floor of a blue house SE Portland, where I share space with other therapists and helpers. The bright yellow waiting room is cheerful and comfy, and there’s even a puzzle to work on while you wait. There’s a small lot for clients and off-street parking is available.
*Please note: this building does not have a ADA accessibility. If you need an accessible entrance, please let me know and I can arrange to meet in another location.
